The Kaivalya Yoga Method was created by Alanna Kaivalya. It combines vinyasa flow with aspects of jivamukti practice. There is a strong emphasis on poses and adjustments that are supported by the body’s skeletal structure. I studied with Alanna and mentors for a year to obtain my 200 and 500 hour credentials.
The yoga I like to practice is the yoga I like to teach. Slow, deliberate movements which guide the physical body and spirit through a practice culminating in the sensation of completeness.
We all can be yogic – we all can be yogi(ni)s – we all can live to serve and know the greater good.
